The Fresno Philharmonic was once perceived as rigid and stuffy. With a new art director at the helm, they were ready to refresh their brand and capture a new audience. We partnered with the Philharmonic to discover their core strengths, their weaknesses, public perceptions, and who they dreamed of reaching. After meetings with the Philharmonic’s board, staff, and orchestra, we were able to explore their personality and bring it to life through new photography, new marketing materials, and a new voice.
